Dr. Afifi, Mohammed A. received an Engineering Degree in 1993, then awarded the M.Sc. Degree and the Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science in 1996 and 2001, respectively. He has worked for a number of reputable universities in the UAE. His research interest includes -but not limited to- Computer Networks, Information Security, Management Systems, e-Government, Data Mining, Artificial Intelligence, and Information Technology Ethics.
Dr. Afifi has also worked as CEO with more than 31 years of experience, participating and witnessing the evolution of the technology nearly the last three decades. His contributions in the fields of FINTECH, BLOCKCHAIN, and EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES is significant. Empowered with professional certifications from IBM, CISCO, and OTHERS, his profile is well shaped and highlighted.
